For sale! From an Oro Valley, Arizona photographer's estate. Olympus OM-1 35mm SLR film camera with Zuiko f 1.8 50mm lens. This is one of many cameras and lenses that we have sold from this gentleman's estate. All of the other items proved to be in excellent working condition because the collector took very good care of his equipment. But this camera is untested. Also there is no battery so we cannot verify that the light meter is working (that is the only function that depends on the battery). Everything appears to be in very good working condition: We ran through all shutter speeds, the stop down aperture mechanism is smooth and fast, the lens appears to be clean and free of defects (protected by a skylight filter; the filter has a slight ding along its edge). The body is very clean, except for a few very slight scratches. This is the later MD version which means it is set up to use a motor drive. The Zuiko lenses are famous for being razor sharp! Shutter speeds down to 1/1000 second. The OM-1 was one of the most reliable manual/mechanical cameras ever made! Please examine all the photos and ask any questions before bidding.
